By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, establishing the agreement between you and Queensbury Taxis.


In this agreement, "Queensbury Taxis,” "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.


2.1 You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers where adherence to specific flight check-in times is crucial. Queensbury Taxis is not liable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time.

2.2 Select a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Queensbury Taxis does not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage, and it's essential to note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Specify wheelchair access requirements when making your booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Queensbury Taxis provides quotes based on the information you provide. Prices, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price for substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 The quoted price includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time, along with airport parking charges. Any waiting time exceeding this limit is subject to standard Queensbury Taxis waiting rates. While we strive to adjust for flight delays, such adjustments are not obligatory.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Queensbury Taxis of errors may result in delays or additional costs for which we are not liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or adverse impact on the vehicle caused by passengers may result in cleaning fees.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 All children in the vehicle should be appropriately restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not permitted to carry more passengers than allowed by our licensing or insurance.


5.1 In case you need to cancel your booking with Queensbury Taxis, please notify us as soon as possible. If a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, a charge will be applied based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you booked through our online system and canceled before dispatch, there may be a charge levied on the original payment.


6.1 While Queensbury Taxis aims for punctual arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. There are no circumstances under which Queensbury Taxis accepts liability for any losses suffered by you or your business.

6.2 You assume all risk for your luggage.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Queensbury Taxis, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle for you to complete your journey as promptly as possible.

6.4 You agree not to hold Queensbury Taxis liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any act or omission by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter that is unenforceable under applicable laws.


7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk by you or any other passenger through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.


8.1 Queensbury Taxis may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You are not permitted to assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Queensbury Taxis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Queensbury Taxis and yourself.

8.5 No part of these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless otherwise stipulated in writing.


Any disagreement or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims and disputes made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Queensbury Taxis.
